For anything, anything Kate Newby has developed a new site-specific work that addresses the Klosterruine Berlin as a site of continuous transformation. The intervention consists of more than 900 bricks, each carved and reshaped by the Newby before the firing process, arranged on the floor of the ruins in two, fifty-metre-long lines. It invites visitors to take various positions, close up or at a distance, to move through the space and observe the details of the work and its relationship to the architecture and the surrounding space.
